As a special practice group added to Shay & Partners’ Intellectual Property Rights practice, the professional team led by Dr. Gloria Liao has been instrumental in advising the Ministry of Culture on draft of Fundamental Culture Act in addition to improvement of government procurement procedure in relation to art works. The team is also successful in representation of authors, copyright owners, art developers, and numerous museums and associations in various aspects including licensing, exhibition, commercialization of art works, and protection of intellectual property rights.
